Remate.social (remate.social) is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product developed and operated by 10 Zone (10z.one), a technology company specializing in AI tools for businesses. By accessing or using Remate.social, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms").

By using our services (including AI review response software, monitoring tools, and dashboard), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Remate.social provides AI-powered solutions tailored for businesses, including but not limited to:

Integration with review platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Yelp
Real-time review monitoring and sentiment analysis
Admin dashboard for insights, performance tracking, and configuration options

3. User Accounts

You must create an account and provide accurate business and contact information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
All activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. License & Permitted Use

10 Zone (10z.one) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Remate.social for your business operations.
Services are provided on a per-location basis unless otherwise specified.
You may not sublicense, resell, or replicate our services without prior written consent.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

We process payments through providers including Paddle and PayPal.
Subscriptions are billed in advance—monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan.
You may cancel anytime; your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Pricing changes will be communicated in advance via email or in-app notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, software, and content on Remate.social are owned by 10 Zone (10z.one) or its licensors.
You may not use our branding, names, or materials without permission.

7. Limitations of Liability

Remate.social is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you to us in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
You may cancel your account anytime via your dashboard or by emailing us.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice.
Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
