At Remate.social, a product of 10z.one, we’re committed to helping businesses manage their online reputation with AI-powered review responses. We stand behind the quality of our service and aim to deliver high value to all users. Please review our refund policy below.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you’re not fully satisfied with Remate.social, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription or renewal date.
- The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to both monthly and annual plans.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hi@10z.one within 14 days of the charge.
- Refunds will be processed through our payment provider Paddle to the original payment method.
2. No Refunds for Partial Use
- We do not provide refunds for unused time, call credits, or partial months of service after the 14-day period.
- Canceling your subscription will stop future billing but will not retroactively refund any past charges.
3. Exceptions
- If a major platform-wide technical issue caused by us prevents service usage, a partial or full refund may be granted at our discretion.
- No refunds are granted for issues beyond our control, such as your internet or phone provider’s performance.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hi@10z.one with your account email, subscription ID, and reason for your refund request. We usually respond within 2 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account to protect our platform and community from abuse.
